To purchase a product on, click on the image of the product you want from the product grid. In doing so, you will view the relative product sheet where you need to select the size and then click on the "Add to cart" button. You can continue your shopping by clicking on "Add other products". Do you want to speed up your purchase as much as possible? Rollover the product on the grid, click on buy quick, select the size and then go to payment. In this way you can buy a product in just 3 clicks.

At this point you will be shown a page where you have two options: A) if you are already registered on, enter your email address and password and confirm that the fields required to proceed with the purchase saved in your account are correct . B) if you are not registered, enter your email address and proceed to the next step of registering on the site. Proceed by filling in all the fields required for billing and shipping the product; remember that you can choose which type of purchase document to receive between a sales note or an invoice.

During the purchase process on you can choose from the following payment methods: 1) PayPal 2) Cash on delivery (which includes a management cost of €6.20) 3) Credit card

The payment phase will end according to the selected payment method. In the case of orders paid by credit card, the purchase procedure ends after having sent you the order confirmation: only then will the amount of the order be debited from your card. Once the order request for a product has been received, the Special Milano staff carries out a quality check: if the product is available for sale and in perfect condition, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address indicated in the order.


All purchased products can be returned or replaced upon notification by the customer within 30 days of receipt of the same. Products without the original box, without original tags, used or for which a customization has been requested cannot be returned. To start the goods exchange procedure, proceed as follows:

1. Access the support section of our site

2. Select the item "I want to make a return"

3. Enter the no. Order for which you are requesting a return. You can retrieve your no. Order from the notification emails received when the order is placed, or by logging in with your email and password on the site, you will find all the info in your profile.

4. Describe the problem encountered in the "additional notes" field (wrong size, goods not compliant with the order, etc.) and specify the fields to be changed/returned by providing the following data:

Product code

All this data can be found on the respective product page or on the invoice we sent you upon delivery;

5. Prepare your product for return, remembering to fill in the adhesive postcard that you received in the package with the product. The postcard must be completed with the return file number and applied visibly to the outside of the package. If you have lost the postcard, just affix a sheet with the reference of your return and the destination address

6. Any refund will be credited once we have received the products to be refunded from you. As soon as the quality control has given a positive result, the refund will be issued with the same payment method used during the order. So if you had chosen PayPal as payment or had paid by credit card, we will issue the refund within two working days of completing the return procedure. If, on the other hand, you had paid by cash on delivery, we will contact you to request the IBAN on which to issue the refund.

7. We remind you that the return is 30 days from receipt of the same, contact our customer service and follow the instructions that will be provided to complete the return procedure. The return shipping costs are free. 8. In-Store Returns Procedure: Special Milano offers you the option of returning products purchased online even in its stores. To do this, you must return the product correctly packed, in its original packaging, with the original labels, accompanied by its invoice or sales note. In the points of sale it is possible to exchange the product for another or request a purchase voucher valid for 12 months to be used in the store.

On the other hand, it is not possible to return products purchased in the store via the online procedure.


All national shipments are made by BRT courier. The shipment of the goods generally takes place from 3 to 5 working days from the insertion of the order. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

All shipments in Europe are made by DHL courier. The shipment of the goods takes place from 3 to 5 working days from the insertion. 

No shipments are made outside Europe.

Shipments on are free throughout Italy (including the peninsula, islands and the Vatican State) for orders with an amount equal to or greater than €60, for orders with a lower amount the cost is €5.80.

For Europe the costs will be calculated on the basis of the area of origin. To find out the total transport costs to be paid, for one or more products, just insert the desired products in the cart. The prospectus will also show the transport costs which vary as indicated above according to the selected payment method.

All goods are insured at the time the order is processed. Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
