SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

All national shipments are made by BRT courier. The shipment of the goods generally takes place from 3 to 5 working days from the insertion of the order. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

All shipments in Europe are made by DHL courier. The shipment of the goods takes place from 3 to 5 working days from the insertion. 

No shipments are made outside Europe.

Shipments on Specialmilano.com are free throughout Italy (including the peninsula, islands and the Vatican State) for orders with an amount equal to or greater than €60, for orders with a lower amount the cost is €5.80.

For Europe the costs will be calculated on the basis of the area of origin. To find out the total transport costs to be paid, for one or more products, just insert the desired products in the cart. The prospectus will also show the transport costs which vary as indicated above according to the selected payment method.

All goods are insured at the time the order is processed. Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
